Instituto Superior  de  la  Lengua   Espanola  y  Asociados (ISLA),   was founded   on  January  8,  2001  by  Professor Arelis Garcia who  has  been working with university students from the   United  States  since  1980.Her experience also includes working with missionaries, businessmen and teachers among others.

Before  starting  her  own  institute,  she  was  director  of  the Spanish  Immersion  Programs  at UNEV  university.  She has also been a professor at PUCMM and UCATECI universities for more than 10 years. ISLA has a team of well trained teachers with long experience in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

Mission

To serve God through the   teaching   of   Spanish. We seek to build community, fellowship and  (through our Spanish programs) break language barriers,   improving   our relationships as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Make a contribution so that the Spanish   language will be a leader in the dialogue for restoring the peace and love of the kingdom of God.
